When looking at this photo of me with my dear friends, we look pretty happy.  However, every single one of us has gone through numerous challenges in life, whether it was due to health issues, relationships, divorce, work issues or concerns about children, it’s all part of the story of our lives.  To be corny, I call it the ‘rich tapestry of our lives.’  We learn, we adapt and we survive – and, yes, we can thrive!

However, it’s not easy. I’ve been through some tough stuff in my life too – from losing my father due to heart disease at a very early age to making 5 country moves, getting married, having children, getting divorced, changing jobs and getting remarried, and then losing my mother to cancer just a few years ago, there have been times when I’ve wondered how I could possibly cope.

I’ve discovered that the key to getting through the tough stuff is to manage stress effectively, develop personal resilience, self-confidence and to have the support of others.  Then you can get through anything.

Life coaching helps you sort through difficult or confusing issues and move forward in positive ways. Through listening, questioning and thoughtful analysis I will guide you towards making significant progress towards clarity in your life and together we will devise a strategy for positive change.
